First Course
Tapas – Marcona Truffle Almonds, chorizo filled dates wrapped with bacon, fingerling papas bravas with smoky aioli
Second Course
Grilled sea scallops & pan seared branzino (European sea bass), with sauce romesco
Third Course
Valencia style paella, bomba rice, tomato, rosemary chicken, oregano shrimp, Spanish chorizo
Fourth Course
Braised lamb shank puchero (Spanish winter stew)

Figs filled with honey goat cheese and balsamic glaze
