Dinner Menu
For each wine dinner the menu will be a variation of:
First Course
Grilled Octopus Salad with Fingerling Potatoes and Castelvetrano Olives on Frisee
Second Course
Potato Leek Soup with Pancetta and Crisped Sage
Third Course
Bison-Stuffed Ravioli with Cabernet Mushroom Sauce
Fourth Course
Magret of Duck with Currant Glaze with Crispy Parsnip Threads
Dessert – Fifth Course
Dulce de Leche Cake OR Ossi di Morte
